Our April (beyond organic) farm to table dinner is THIS WEDNESDAY!
We’re excited to be putting together a meal for you with everything we have growing right now…
Bull’s blood beets, albino beets, dinosaur and lacinato kale, broccoli, kohlrabi, thyme, lemongrass, sugar cane, brussel sprouts, swiss chard, oregano, holy basil, red lettuce, winter squash, edible flowers…
All along with grass-fed and -finished beef from our neighbor who pastured the cow on his 200-acre fruit orchard.
Come join us for an example of sustainability. Eat food that has been grown from living soil less than 20 miles from Oceanside and picked within 48 hours. The unique Hawaiian-fusion dinner will be paired with mead (alcohol fermented from honey) made with local honey and brewed by Golden Coast Mead.
This is not your everyday meal – unique flavors that are learned from the land itself, Moloka’i style from the land to the table.
In addition to the meal and drinks, we will be teaching a class on regenerative agriculture and how the meal got to the table.
Living Earth Systems demonstrates food alchemy in the kitchen and the garden. They’re bringing their experiments with Southern California climate to the table.

Both vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available, and we are happy to accommodate other dietary restrictions.
After purchasing your ticket you will be asked to specify any dietary restrictions you may have.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Free parking at Golden Coast Mead. The event location is located directly next to the Sprinter station at College Blvd so this public transit is available and convenient.
